Items Damaged in Transit
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 48 hours. Make sure to check your items for damage before you sign for them (if applicable). Items should then be returned to us in their original packaging. Once received at The NUtrient Company, we’ll issue a replacement (if possible) or full refund.If you change your mind
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return them, then in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 7 days of receipt via Phone or Email. The item must not be used and must be ‘as new’ when returned to us. Once the item is received we’ll organise a full refund of the purchase price.
